| ROMO1

Reactive Oxygen Species Modulator 1 (ROMO1) is a mitochondrial membrane protein that is responsible for increasing the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells. The protein also has antimicrobial activity against a variety of bacteria by inducing bacterial membrane breakage.Has antibacterial activity against a variety of bacteria including S.aureus, P.aeruginosa and M.tuberculosis. Acts by inducing bacterial membrane breakage.

| Recovery

The recovery of Human ROMO1 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
